"This property was in a very nice area. My daughter and I traveled alone from out of state to visit friends and felt very safe staying there. The place was cute and clean. The host adult daughter was staying on property and she was so sweet and accommodating we had issues with locking ourselves out but it was our fault and she was so sweet and helpful. Even gave us her personal cell in case we needed anything. The host was always quick to respond, even with being out of town herself on a cruise,...

"Nice 2 bedroom 1 bath upstairs unit. We were in Rome for a tennis tournament at Berry College. It was easy to get to the tournament and very walkable to town and restaurants. The river walk is right there too."

"The apartment was very clean and had all amenities you needed to cook meals. Just wish the boat lift had worked. Chairs on the boat slip would have been nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and will probably book again."

"This place is what you see in the photos of nice and cozy. There is a lot of small details put into this room. I stayed by myself but I know if my wife was to come she would have liked it too but she would have preferred a Keurig coffee machine over the older traditional coffee maker. You are within walking distance to downtown Fort Payne which have some small quaint places to eat and shop in small stores. I would stay there again."
