God beliggenhed & hyggelig værelse i delelejlighed

Vi kom til lejligheden, men der var ikke nogen. Så vi ringede til den ansvarlige og han kunne være der inden for 30 min. Det ville have været rart at vide at man skulle ringe. Vi missede også en aftale med den ansvarlige, da han ikke dukkede op, men vi klarede det bare med en ny aftale han overholdte. Ellers en rigtig sød fyr og det er en lille cafe overfor hvor man kan vente.

Exactly what we needed and wanted for our stay

With the exception of VERY uncomfortable mattresses, this room was perfrct for us. If the owner Carlos would commit to sleeping 4 nights on the small bed in the triple room like I did, he would most certainly put on better mattesses. But this wouldn't deter me from staying again as it was just a very short walk to the subway, bus, tram, coliseum/Roman forum/palantine hill, and excellent affordable restaurants that serve local and international dishes. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt completely safe and at ease walking during day and night time. We left a wrist watch in the safe and they mailed it to us. We still haven't gotten it and its been two weeks but that could be because we have a foreign address. There are 3 rooms in the B&B and each room gets a set of keys to the front entry door, our B&B apartment door, and then our individual room. We had another couple with us and they reserved a second room. We never saw the people in the third room. With 2 double rooms and 1 triple, a whole group of people could take the whole B&B for a wonderful stay together. Afif is the young guy who met us when we called to say we arrived. He was two minutes away since we had to prearrange our estimated arrival time. He showed us the cold continental breakfast, how to use the appliances in the kitchen, how to lock/unlock each door, a map with how to get to places, restaurant suggestions with key words when choosing, and all possible phone numbers to reach him or the owner.

Great value stay in Rome

Located near the colosseum and within walking distance to termini station. The breakfast (included in the price) is above average and there is a small fridge and microwave available for you to use. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful but rarely on-site after they check you in so make sure to contact them with your arrival time.

Très bien situé

Nous avons passé trois nuits dans cet hôtel. L'accueil y est excellent, sa situation géographique vraiment parfaite et le principe de la maison est sympa (trois chambres dans un ancien appartement, cuisine en commun et rencontre internationale au petit déjeuner !). Le point d'amélioration est clairement le petit déjeuner. Au global vraiment bien !

B&B in der Nähe des Kolosseums

Ein B&B mit echt italienischem Flair. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem typisch italienischen Mehrfamilienhaus aus dem Anfang des 20sten Jahrhunderts in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit kleinen Minisupermärkten und Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Es sind fußläufig knapp 10 Minuten zum Kolosseum und Forum Romanum. Die Ansprechpartner des B&B sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, allerdings ist nicht immer jemand die ganze Zeit anwesend. Der "Putzservice" ist verbesserungswürdig - zwar wurde das Bett gemacht, allerdings nicht der Boden nass gewischt und auch selbst bei vier Übernachtungen keine Handtücher ausgetauscht ( auch nicht ein völlig nasses und durch den ungewischten Boden verschmutztes, das als Duschvorlage benutzt werden musste). Das Bett ist ca 160cm breit und hart, allerdings mit einigen spürbaren Sprungfedern. Die Kopfkissen sind ok. Die "Zudecke" besteht aus einem dünnen Betttuch, was wir noch mit der recht schmuddelig wirkenden dünnen Überwurfdecke und einer Art Wolldecke ( sehr dreckig verfleckt) aus dem Kleiderschrank dicker gemacht haben. Die Toilettenbrille hatte einen Sprung. Und ein Deckenstrahler funktionierte auch nicht, was zu einer recht dämmrigen Beleuchtung führte. Die Dusche ist sehr eng - Personen über 180 cm können nicht ihre Beine hoch heben, um die Füße zu waschen und der Duschkopf ist oben in der Wand fest angeschraubt. Das Frühstück ist ok- Kaffee, Saft, Cornflakes, Toast, Marmelade, etc - alles zu jeder Zeit Selbstbedienung in der GemeinschaftsKüche

Petit nid prés du colisée

Nous avons été accueilli par Mara qui est une personne très agréable. Elle nous a donné de bons conseils pour organiser notre séjour. La chambre était propre avec tout ce qu'il faut bien qu'un peu petite. L'hôtel est idéalement placé prés du colisée dans une rue tranquille. Ce fut un très agréable séjour.

Il luogo trovasi a due passi dal Colosseo.

Il posto è accogliente, il personale è davvero cordiale e sono stati dav vero carini. La camera è bella. Struttura funzionale con addiritura la possibilità di utilizzare computer stampante e dotatao di wi-fi. Lo terremo per i prossimi e futuri soggiorni a Roma. Cordiali saluti. DBM

Hôtel accueillant proche du Colisée et de la gare

Ce qu'il faut savoir sur ce bed and breakfast c'est que les propriétaires ne résident pas dans l'appartement. Il faut donc les appeler à l'avance pour qu'ils viennent vous accueillir et vous remettre les clés de l'appartement et de votre chambre. Il est possible de payer par carte Visa. L'accueil a été très chaleureux et la propriétaire est de très bon conseil sur les sites à visiter dans Rome, comment utiliser au mieux les transports en commun proches du B&B, où trouver des restaurants intéressants, des supermarchés, ... La chambre et la salle de bain sont propres et on dispose d'un accès Wifi, d'une clim, d'une télé et d'un coffre fermant à clé. De plus, le PC de la propriétaire est en libre service ce qui est plus confortable pour consulter internet ou ses mails. Au début cela surprend un peu de se retrouver en "collocation" avec d'autres touristes dans un appartement (il y a 3 chambres en tout). Mais cela offre des avantages comme : - disposer d'une cuisine entièrement équipée dans laquelle on peut se faire à manger, - une grande autonomie par rapport à un hôtel, - pas de soucis d'horaire pour entrer et sortir car on dispose des clés de l'appartement. Le petit déjeuner compris dans le prix est basique (voir les points à améliorer), par conséquent si on veut mieux (fruits, œufs, ...) il faut faire des courses à la superette du coin.

Hôtel très bien situé, à 5 mn à pied du Colisée.

Quartier très calme, idéal pour de bonnes nuits. La cuisine à dispo est très pratique. Possibilité de se connecter gratuitement, très bien aussi. Décoration de bon goût. Très propre.

Gemütliches B&B in zentraler Lage

Gemütliches B&B, im Hinterhaus mit Küche in zentraler Lage beim Kolosseum. Gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein Auto kann praktisch nur in der gegenüber liegenden Garage abgestellt werden (20-25€ pro Tag). Gute Ausgangslage für Rom Erkundung, U-Bahn und Busse in ca. 10 Min zu erreichen.

5 mins from Colloseum, basic hotel

- small rooms, meant for just sleep, showering and getting changed - owner was only there on day I checked in and day I checked out for 30 mins (need to call her on her cell if you need anything) - comfortable beds - very close to Colloseum - 10 mins from main subway line - a little pricey for what you get - clean washrooms - clean rooms - quiet at night so you get a nice sleep

Nice location, great rooms, not the best service

The B&B was located in a great area close to both the historic center and traveling connections with both metro lines and termini being very near. We also founds some good restaurants nearby and right across the street was a cafe to make up for the culture shock that is Italian breakfast. The only downside was the service. It could have to do with us visiting on easter holidays but when we tried to call every number we could find to get some information about check-out times and if we could leave our bags while sight-seeing some more before catching our late flight home we couldn't get hold of anything else than answering machines in Italian. It wasn't before halfway through the following day, when it was much too late, that someone answered the mail I at last sent in desperation. Also nobody changes our sheets for the whole week even though someone had obviously been in our rooms and folded the blanket during one day in the middle of our stay, which seemed a bit weird and made for some uncomfort due to the moisture in the air the colder spring nights.

God beliggenhet, men enkel standard.

Beliggenhet helt flott for kulturelle vandringer i Roma. Nærhet til det meste.Rommet var rent og pent da vi ankom, men å være i 5 døgn uten å få skifte håndklær en eneste gang var langt under forventet. Vi meldte til kontakt som lovet bytte, men ingen ting skjedde. Dette trakk veldig ned på et ellers ok hotell som holder det meste av sine øvrige løfter.Frokosten veldig enkel, lite utvalg, og total selvbetjening. Selv oppvaskmaskinen måtte vi administrere på egen hånd, selv om det skulle vært ordnet.
