"Outstanding Property in SteamboatThe photos don't do this place justice. What comes through in the listing is nice enough, but the reality is considerably better—the finishes are more refined, the flow of the space works better than you'd expect, and everything is genuinely well-maintained. This is the kind of rental where the owners clearly care about the actual experience of staying there.The location is the real standout. You're close enough to everything that nothing requires a drive, but far enough removed that it actually feels peaceful. We could walk to restaurants and shops easily, but also step outside and be in a genuinely quiet space. That balance is harder to find than it should be. Don't miss the saturday farmers market right outside your door. Easy walk to great restaurants like Laundry, Creekside, and Meatbar. The kitchen is functional and well-equipped. Beds are comfortable. The layout gives you privacy without feeling cramped, even with a full group. Little details matter here—good water pressure, reliable wifi, adequate seating for hanging out together or retreating separately.This is a property that delivers on what vacation rentals promise to be. Highly recommended for Steamboat."

"We had such a wonderful stay from start to finish! The location was fantastic - steps away from the Saturday Farmer’s Market and the rodeo. We were able to walk everywhere with 2 toddlers! The property was lovely, comfortable, clean, and stocked with little touches like snacks and extra blankets for guests. It’s not often you find such a great VRBO with such a great and communicative host. Thank you! We hope to stay again in the future!"

"Great location Downtown and walking distance to great restaurants and coffee. Very nice setting, Clean and very well kept with new appliances. Restaurant patio rooftops across street can be a little loud fyi if you’re looking to turn it in early. Overall great experience and being able to walk to everything in town was perfect ."

"This is a spectacular place! Best rental I've had among the 50 or so around the world I've stayed in. SPOTLESS! PARKING! EASY, PROMPT COMMUNICATION! AND EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING!Location is perfect - peaceful river and mountain view. Steps/yards from restaurants. The main downtown is all within a 5-6 block walk. 2 blocks to the rodeo. 10 minute drive to skiing!Great space, both indoor and out. Bathrooms are very high end! Tons of towels, product, etc.Kitchen is the best stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a rental. Terrific high-end everything - glassware, dishes, cooking gear, appliances. And everything worked easily! (not always the case). Would ONLY want to stay here on Steamboat visits. Truly outstanding experience!"

"The condo itself is lovely. This was our second time to stay there. Well located between Yampa St (the river) and Lincoln (main drag).Unfortunately they are building some tall penthouse condos about 5 ft from the balcony of this Alpen Glow condo. View completely blocked. AND the porta john and dumpster are located spitting distance from balcony. Wonderful, NOT.The help numbers given in email did not work. Once we got in, there was a number that did work taped to back of front door. The unit is managed by a management company and not the owner. So they are not too interested. Anyway, the condo is great and well located, other than the new build literally on top of it and the management company seemed very meh."
