Lovely home in Rømø with sauna

This fantastic luxury holiday home is located in the first row of houses on Sønderstrand. Here the sandy beach is white, wide and child-friendly. The Wadden Sea island of Rømø offers everything you could want for your vacation: wonderfully wide, and white sandy beaches, where you can easily drive right up to the water's edge. Furthermore, here you always have the opportunity for beautiful experiences in nature, a lot to do and discover. The beach is shallow, has a sandy bottom and, besides sections reserved for bathers only, has extra designated areas for beach sailors and kite buggies. In the surrounding area there are several candle-making workshops, galleries and open workshops of artisans to visit and the tranquil harbor has a special atmosphere with its fish restaurants, small boutiques and fishing boats.

This gem of a house on 265 m² with two large sleeping floors with a total of 30 m² contains simply everything you desire. Here you can unfold, be active and relax. On a tour you will immediately come across the beautiful bathing area with the swimming pool and water slide, the whirlpool, the sauna and the separate bathroom with shower. Centrally placed you will find the kitchen-living room. In the kitchen you are provided with two stoves with ceramic hotplates, two built-in hot air ovens, two refrigerators/freezers and a dishwasher. In the activity room you really have a lot of opportunities to exercise your muscles: table tennis, pool and table soccer await you here. This house of course has a Playstation 2 and a free internet connection with 50/50 Mbit. The house is very spacious and offers plenty of room for 22 people in three separate sleeping areas with one bathroom per section. In addition, there are 2 spacious and high hems. On the large, undisturbed property with border vegetation has been thought of the younger guests with playground equipment, while you can spend cozy hours on the terrace.

Das Haus ist perfekt ausgelegt für 16 Erwachsene und größeren 6 Kindern auf den Emporen.

Das Haus ist perfekt ausgelegt für 16 Erwachsene und größeren 6 Kindern auf den Emporen. Babybetten passen nicht mit in die Zimmer. Das sollte man bei der Zimmerplanung wissen. Schön war es , das sich alle Zimmer umwandeln lassen in Einzel - oder Doppelzimmer. ( es sind alles Einzelbetten ) Die Betten sind sehr gut . Das Schwimmbad hat den Kindern besonders gefallen. Die Küchenausstattung ist etwas mehr wie üblich, jedoch etwas zu wenig Geschirr bei voller Belegung. Etwas schade war es , dass es zum eindecken einer Essenstafel , keine gleichen 22 Teller, Besteck bzw. Gläser oder Tassen gab.Tischtennis und Billard wurden sehr gerne angenommen. Die Ausrüstung zum spielen war ausreichend da. Insgesamt für alle ein tolles Haus.

Tolle Anlage, gute Indoor Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für klein und groß (vor allem bei dem Wetter über Weihnachten). Optimal wäre eine 2. Geschirrspülmaschine und ein 2. Spülbecken mit besserer Abtropfablage.
