We had a semi self-contained unit away from the main hotel. The roof had leaked so the bed was wet, which we didn't realise until we were about to get into it. The guy on the desk arranged for a housemaid to change the bedding for dry, but she used a single sheet on a double bed, which was nor very comfortable. The bedroom window was so filthy we could hardly see out of it. Both ceiling lights were literally hanging out of their sockets revealing all the wiring, and the front door had no door handle on the inside!! So we had to pull with the key in the door to open it. The place had a big dining table and four chairs yet no cooking facilities. So it was kind of self catering but not really. It just felt very odd, and it was in a very poor state of repair. Internet was non existent in our room, we had to keep going up to reception. The pool was nice. Location was good, but we wouldn't go back there. It wasn't decent value for money at all.

Poor value. Never coming back
Terrible start - they could not find our booking The bed was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. There was a noise like a pump going all night which kept us awake. There was no poolside service, no evening restaurant and the breakfast was very average.

Nice big room but a bit far from Ronda
Very big room with a large balcony overlooking the garden. Nice breakfast and staff was friendly. The location is a bit far from the Ronda city centre. You definitely need your own car. The room was cold and had some issues with boiler in the morning.

Lovely Hotel near Ronda
Lovely family run hotel in the countryside with fabulous views not far from Ronda. Breakfast was good but the dinner we had the previous evening was ordinary, however the wine, which was grown at this Bodega was very good. The room was modern, comfortable and quite large with a huge balcony, which would have been better if it had chairs. The outdoor area downstairs had a great verandah and very comfortable chairs, and cups of tea brought to us by the lovely girl at reception.

Hotel, restaurant and a bodega/winery.
A lovely relaxing place to spend a couple of days. We had a very enjoyable evening meal with a few glasses of their own “Lunares” wine.

Anniversary weekend
Beautiful hotel with large modern clean rooms. Food was a bit pricey hence we travelled 10 mins down the road to Ronda. Breakfast was basic but adequate, cold coffee, overall great value for money. Lovely pool not enough sun beds.

Excellent Hotel
This hotel was a really lovely place to stay. The room that we had was beautiful. Spotless and Modern. Nice and quiet surroundings. The staff were very nice and helpful. The only point I would raise is that the photos of the Hotel include several snaps of what appears to be an on-site gym, one of the main reasons I chose this but unfortunately it is situated 1 Mile away from the hotel premises. This should be stated clearly that it is not on site, it was a bit misleading. Also tea/coffee making facilities should be made available in each room .

out of town, quiet & serene, great food
Not wishing to stay in the melee of town this time, we chose a rural setting and we weren't disappointed. The staff went out of their way to help us, the room was lovely, and even in the dead of winter with a few other guests, the quality of the food in their restaurant (and value for money) was superb. This place would be even better in the summer as they have a great pool setting, and plenty of space in among a vineyard, but you need to have a car. Highly recommend.

Great team, on a beautiful place.
This is hotel is good, but the people that works there is even better. They we all willing to help us, as we arrived late and we were looking for a please to eat. Their staff is amazing, and the place is beautiful. We only stayed for a night, but the landscape, the pool and the common areas are great. Great team on an amazing place and a nice hotel

Beautiful location.
Hotel sits in a rural setting, near a vineyard. Looks like it was once a large hacienda. No elevator but staff will help you with luggage. Jose was on duty the night we stayed and he was very nice. The back patio area is lovely. My husband and I ate dinner there, it was cool and a nice breeze coming through. We had a bottle of their own label wine, it was very good, as was the solomillo. The room was clean and spacious. The AC took a while to cool off but eventually it did. We had a room with a balcony that overlooked the back terrace. It was very nice.

Quiet hotel with a nice pool
The hotel is about 15 mins drive from the centre of Ronda and has a vineyard. It was very quiet when we stayed there - didn't really see many other clients. The room was fine - clean and modern. We had dinner at the hotel on the first night as we were too tired to go out. It was just the 2 of us in the entire restaurant and the reception staff was also acting as a waiter. The food was ok - big portions but nothing to shout about. We had a glass of house red and it was average - not too impressed considering it produced its own wine. The pool/ garden area at the back was lovely - although the water in the pool was too cold to swim in, which was a pity. However, it was a place to relax and staff was polite and helpful.

Fine for a few nights
This hotel was convenient to get to the Ronda mountain resort for a wedding we attended. We didn't use the facilities much. Breakfast was very simple. Toast, cereal and pastries. The swimming pool area clime have done with more TLC. Didn't feel relaxed by there due to the amount of wasps in the grass. Wasps seems to be an issue all over Ronda to be honest. The room was decent. The balcony was lovely. The bed was ok- served a purpose. But found the temperature hard to regulate in the room. The reception staff were pleasant. It seemed like there was only one guy running the hotel though.

Didn't enjoy the stay... because of the rain?
The Juncal is 15 minutes away from the Ronda city center. The room was comfortable, large and clean, while the bathroom needed some modern renovating (eg: replace the tub by a shower, water running out of the tub, etc) Little things (like a loose door handle) made it look as it was not completely cared for. The room also had a large patio with views of the gardens and pool area with a small table and chairs. It would have been a great spot to have breakfast. The employees were friendly. As we were the only ones in the hotel (or so it seemed), the employees we saw were at the front desk and in the dinning room serving. We were disappointed that with the hotel being also a winery, that there was no welcome glass of wine or attention; nor was there an offer for wine tasting or any winery related activity. The hotel is presented as a boutique 4* hotel, perhaps under better conditions, it would have been felt. But as we were unable to fully enjoy the site, as the weather was rainy, windy and cold for the area, it seemed a strong claim to make while the price seemed to steep. We could see that the hotel had large gardens, a pool, and a large patio that must be amazing to enjoy in the summer time. In all honesty, we had just spent a fantastic week in another location so our comparison is most probably skewed. But, we would be amenable to give it another try.

There was no wifi in the room though Expedia mention there is . The room was with bad smell . Bath was very uncomfortable and with small towels . Breakfast was very very minimal . The place is not easy to find and it's out of the city though not far .

Good Ronda Hotel
Good location to Ronda, 5 mins drive to the centre of Ronda. Lovely pool area, spacious rooms and very warm welcome. Would definitely recommend for a hotel out from the centre of Ronda.

경관이 좋은 호텔.
론다 교외에 위치. 자기 차로 15분 정도. 대단히 조용하고 시설 깨끗함. 특히 호텔 정원이 아주 아름다워 안달루시아 평원 경치와 밤 하늘을 보기 좋음. 평원 반대쪽 방은 다른 객실과 차단된 작은 정원이 방마다 딸려있어 조용히 음료를 마시거나 담배피우기 좋았음. 화장실 넓고 좋음. 직원 친절. 밤에 컵을 깨뜨려 checkout시 신고했는데 no problem!. 무료 주차. 아침 식사는 종류는 많지 않으나 quality는 good! 만일 차로 여행한다면 적극 추천.

Detta hotell behöver rustas upp för att vara 4-stjärnigt. Möblerna på balkongen var halvtrasiga och dynorna till solstolarna fläckiga och sunkiga. Personalen sprang vidare mest runt som yra höns och hade ingen koll alls på vad som är bra service. Slutligen är det tydligt att de hyfsat billiga rummen finansieras av väldigt dyr mat och dryck (4 euro för 0,5 l vatten) och eftersom det inte finns några restauranger nära är man nästan tvungen att äta/dricka på hotellet.

Apart from Location. Everything is Good.
Far away from town, you must drive if you choose this hotel. Apart from location, staffs are nice, room is good, price is pretty cheap.

Local tranquilo, próxima da cidade. Fácil de estacionar. Para chegar é um pouco complicado, falta sinalização, mas acertamos de cara. Funcionários atenciosos. Café da manhã muito bom. Quarto confortável e limpo. Quartos modernos. Custo benefício ótimo.

Tranquilidad, comodidad y personal muy agradables.
El hotel se encuentra a las afueras de Ronda, en una ubicación tranquila y rodeado de naturaleza y viñedos, ya que también es bodega. Personal muy agradable y pendiente de tus necesidades. Habitación perfecta, cama super cómoda, limpieza y ubicación, con gran ventana con vistas a la gran terraza, piscina, y campo, ideal para celebraciones, sobre todo en primavera, verano, otoño..y como no para parejas.. Bonito detalle las mantitas en las butacas de la terraza. A poca distancia de Ronda Calidad/precio excepcional.

O hotel é bem afastado do centro de Ronda, mas como estávamos de carro isso não foi problema. A hospedagem foi excelente em todos os aspectos, equipe super atenciosa.
