The location couldn’t have been better, but the room we booked was nothing like the pictures, we asked at the desk to see if there was a mistake, but no, this was the correct room. I went back on the Expedia app to locate the pictures, only to discover the room was now available at over $100 less expensive. I pulled up the pictures and was told they were of a deluxe room which was available at an additional $300. This was the most expensive room so far on our trip, yet it was the worst room by far.

The room was overheated and it was impossible to reduce it as well as the bathroom heating. . One of the towels had a hole on it

Reserved a superior room that ended up with huge balcony and view of the bridge. It was in original building so extra large room I suspect.

Beautiful location and interesting history. I found it very expensive especially given that we had a very noisy room with no view. We took the half board and dinner was good but service was slow and the wine was not so good.
