Appartement fonctionnel et très bien situé

Emplacement central aux Issambres, parking sur place appréciable, équipements de l'appartement satisfaisants pour un court séjour. En revanche, le canapé lit du salon est très inconfortable, tant assis que couché. Il nécessite vraiment d'être changé pour la qualité de sommeil des prochains locataires!

L’appartamento é ben equipaggiato in una bella residenza e in ottima posizione. La pulizia lascia un po’ a desiderare. I copri materasso sui letti non sono forniti con la biancheria a richiesta e li abbiamo trovati veramente sporchi. Fortunatamente, avendo la lavatrice li abbiamo potuti lavare tutti. Anche i pavimenti non erano stati puliti... e la lavastoviglie senza sale ha macchiato tutti i bicchieri. A parte questo é stata ottima vacanza

Les moins : les lits n'étaient pas faits à l'arrivée. Des alèses en papier sont fournies mais ne protègent de rien; les vraies alèses ne sont pas lavées à chaque changement de location. Bruit de la route sur le balcon. Chambre trop petite, salle de bain trop petite. Mal insonorisé. Balcon très joli mais inutilisable en juillet le matin et à midi car il faisait trop chaud. Les plus : proximité avec la petite plage, jolie vue, super restaurant dans la résidence avec jolie terrasse sans le bruit des voitures, super climatisation facile à régler et plutôt silencieuse. Le balcon le soir pour des repas vue sur la mer.

Séjour agréable, vue imprenable

2 semaines très agréables passées aux Issambres, partagées entre la plage de San Peïre et la piscine d'eau de mer (ça surprend au début, après on s'y fait :)). L'appartement est bien équipé, petit mais bien agencé et suffisant. La vue sur la mer est un délice apprécié à sa juste valeur chaque jour de notre séjour. La proximité de la petite plage de San Peire est un plus, avec quelques commerces locaux à quelques pas (boulangerie, tabac, glacier, pharmacie)...

Bel endroit, bien situé, face à la mer, proche des commerces. Appartement très agréable avec terrasse couverte vue sur mer. Climatisation, Wifi.
