65 m² flat in secure residence suitable for 6 people. It opens onto a double terrace of 20m² with a lounge area and dining area, each with an awning. South-south-east facing.
Parking space protected by gate (remote control supplied).
Little extras: less than 2 minutes from "La Tarte Tropézienne".
Sandy beaches and unspoilt calanques, private swimming pool, marina and shuttle service to Saint-Tropez. Close to the heart of the village with a market every Monday.
Land and sea activities: tennis, golf, horse riding, long walks along the Sentier des Douaniers, water skiing, jet skiing, diving, paddle, boat hire, etc.
In short, a family seaside resort already frequented by the Romans.
