Large villa with swimming pool, close to the old village, the beaches and the Var hinterland. Ideal for 8 people, it offers 250 m² on 2 levels to share real moments together without ever feeling cramped.
Its 1,000 m² Mediterranean garden surrounds the house and hosts a beautiful secure swimming pool area, out of sight, shaded pergolas, a children's area and many nooks and crannies conducive to relaxation.
The house opens wide onto a meadow, with a beautiful unobstructed view of the Fréjus plain, the Estérel and the Alps in the distance.
House inhabited the rest of the year, it has the rare charm of a real place to live, neat and authentic. On its largest side, there are no direct neighbours: just a meadow, calm, and sometimes a few sheep.
Travellers enjoy the whole house and the outdoor spaces: living rooms, bedrooms, terraces, garden and swimming pool. The house is entirely reserved for them during the stay.

Terrace level
Access is through a beautiful entrance which distributes kitchen, living room, bedrooms, separate toilet and shower room.
The living room: this warm room with a surface area of 40 m2 can take meals for 8-10 people and accommodates a very large sofa as well as a cinema screen television... It opens directly onto a beautiful terrace surrounded by greenery.
The kitchen and scullery: large and dining, it has all the necessary equipment to prepare meals. Indeed, there are of course the classic appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, induction hob, hood) but also the small comfort appliances (Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, Thermomix,...).
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed of 140 / 190 cm, storage and many books!
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 160 / 200 cm, storage cupboard.
Shower room: large shower, single sink, storage and washing machine
separate WC with washbasin.
Terrace: there is a table for 8/10 people and parasol, staircase leading to the downstairs garden and the swimming pool. + 1 plancha

Pool level – air-conditioned
Access is either from the terrace level via an internal staircase, or from the outside from the lower garden.
Small living room: this room overlooks the garden and if it is not considered a bedroom in its own right, the two extra beds (90 / 190 cm) can accommodate 2 more people. The French windows are locked.
Kitchen: a second equipped kitchen (fridge / freezer, washing machine, hob and extractor) really supports the main one, especially for meals taken by the pool, its fridge being particularly appreciated as a reserve of cold drinks.
Bedroom 3 (pool room): 1 double bed 140 / 190 cm, storage cupboard. It opens directly onto the pool terrace. The French window locks.
Bedroom 4: very large bedroom of more than 30 m2 with a double bed of 180 / 200 cm (can be doubled), storage.
Bathroom with toilet: shower, single sink and toilet.

Access is fully secured by gates and gates that young children cannot open. But this does not replace the mandatory supervision of an adult.

CLEANING & LAUNDRY HOUSE
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory: €300 per week.
Linen can be provided on request at a rate of €25 per person, with a decreasing rate beyond 7 days.

HOME
Travellers have access to the entire house and outdoor spaces: living rooms, bedrooms, terraces, garden and swimming pool.The house is entirely reserved for them for the duration of the stay.

In our absence, the welcome is usually provided by Alain or by a member of his team, who also ensures the smooth running of the stay.

If an on-site reception is not possible, the keys will be made available in a secure key box.

Two weeks before your arrival, we will send you all the information relating to your reception on site and the procedures for picking up the keys.

All the advantages of the coast, without the disadvantages: beaches 10 minutes away by car, heart of the village 5 minutes away on foot, quick access to the Var hinterland, not to mention the Rocher de Roquebrune and Lake Aréna (5 minutes by car), appreciated for its leisure activities.
