3.2 km from the beaches and the village of Issambres 5 minutes by car, Villa of 128m2 South / South West fully restored with all comfort, traditional heated pool with electric shutters to guarantee the safety of your children and keep the water temperature , permanently heated spa, 2 large terraces (bar and lounge) of 180 m2. 4-hole mini golf course and bowling green.

1 bathroom with dressing room, 1 shower room with walk-in double sinks, 1 shower room with massaging shower and large mirror cupboard, 2 WCs, 1 laundry area with washer-dryer combined
1 open kitchen living room of 45 m2 Air conditioning in the bedrooms on the south side and the living room / kitchen.
Outdoor table 8 people and weber electric barbecue 10 pers.
