There is a large living and dining room with a panoramic window and air conditioning, providing access to the terrace and swimming pool. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with an exit leading to the swimming pool.

On the lower ground floor, you will discover a large room with a dressing room, featuring a French bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm), a bathroom, separate toilet, bath/shower, double hand basin, and a hydro massage bath, all with air conditioning. This room has direct access to the garden. Additionally, there is a room with a French bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm) and a flat-screen TV, as well as another room with a French bed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm) and a hand basin, both with access to the terrace and swimming pool. There is also a separate shower and toilet on this level.
