You will enjoy 5 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms spread over two levels. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining area and living room, offering a stunning panoramic view. Amenities include air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, on-demand video, washing machine, baby cot, and high chair for your comfort. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Enjoy the private fenced garden with a secure gate, covered and open terraces with breathtaking views of the sea and Southern Alps. The private outdoor pool is heated from May 1 to September 30. Pool heating outside these dates is available for an extra fee. A private barbecue and a shared playground are available for family fun and to entertain children.
The property offers 4 shared parking spaces on site as well as street parking. Smoking is permitted on the premises, and a babysitting service is available for an extra fee. Please note that parties are not allowed.
