"We chose this apartment hotel for its proximity to the Nice-Ville train station and points of interest in Nice within walking distance. We were met at the front desk by Akhmed, our multilingual, hospitable host. "Just back from a working week on the outskirts of Nice and L'App-Art was a great base to work from. We used Uber, Bus and Trolleybus, not sure how easy on-street parking would be if you have a hire car (check with the team at the hotel who were very helpful). Joe"

"They failed to mention that this property is based inside of a nursing home. There was no housekeeping, and it was very difficult to get fresh towels and toilet paper. If you can ask the fact that it's located in a literal nursing home then it is a nice place to stay because it's clean and it was spacious and it worked for going in and out however, if you care about your experience where you're staying, I would definitely look into something else."
