Le studio dispose de tout ce dont nous avons besoin. "The best things about this apartment are it's comfortable, has good wifi and cold air-conditioning, and the location in Old Towne Nice. The location is quiet. The apartment is at the top of a 5-story building. There are 5 flights of stairs and no handrails. You need to be in shape and have a good sense of balance for the stairs. "The patio was dirty and was never cleaned in the 9 days we were there. Room service was sporadic and not consistent. We returned used robes and never received replacements. We did not see tea cups after the first three days. There is no room food service. Only breakfast. The hotel room offered free coffee and tea but no free water to use with it, except for one complimentary bottle when you first arrive. A/C was hard to control."
