  • Ideally located 50 meters from Romanilla beach (crystal clear water, wide and uncrowded beach), modern apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet. Sea view terrace.
    Completely equipped (full kitchen, flat screen TV, free private wi-fi connection, washing machine, satellite ...), modern, stylish, with an ideal orientation in summer and winter.
    Air conditioning throughout the apartment (hot / cold).

    No car necessary (possibility of garage against supplement, see availability), ideally located near local shops (bakery, butcher, fishmonger, supermarket, bank, ...), tapas bars, restaurants, ...

    Located in the middle of the 14 kilometers of seaside promenade offered by the seaside resort, 300 meters from the Castle of Santa Ana and the Port of Roquetas de Mar.
    Discover the inevitable Andalusian tapas bars, local gastronomy, the white villages of Alpujarra, Granada and Cabo de Gata.
    The Roquetas aquarium and its aquatic park are a plus in July / August.
    A great place for a great vacation.

    The apartment is perfectly suited to receive our guests in "winter".
