The space:
This modern apartment is located in the residential Palazzo Vivaldi where you can find (Swimming pool available all year, gym, sauna,wide meeting room with games, 24h reception)

It is all exterior and very bright. It has an equipped American style kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, ceramic hob and kitchenware)
In the living room there is a sofa bed where two people can sleep comfortable as there are proper mattresses for sleeping.
There is a bathroom with bath and window to the terrace.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with viscoelastic mattress with a wide door which lead to the terrace.

There is Free Wifi and aircon in all the apartment.
It is provided with ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom.

Appartement très confortable avec belle piscine

Apparemment très confortable, propre. Yolanda est très sympa et très réactive. La piscine est super peut être pas adaptée a des enfants en bas âge qui ont envie de sauter et jouer au ballon mais ça s'est très bien passé quand même. Le voisinage est compréhensif.

Vacaciones agradables en familia

El apartamento genial, idéntico a las fotos, todo muy limpio, con todo lo necesario, tanto de utensilios como de productos de higiene y limpieza. La propietaria se puso en contacto con nosotros para la entrega de llaves, que las recogimos en consergeria, ya que hay conserge las 24h, por cierto, muy agradables todos. Y una vez allí, volvió a contactar para ver si todo estaba correcto, como nos dimos cuenta que la cafetera estaba rota, se lo comentamos y al día siguiente ya nos trajo otra cafetera nueva. La verdad que todo super bien. Una comunidad muy tranquila, no se escucha nada, la gente amable y educada, la piscina no se llena nunca, se está muy bien, también hay un pequeño gimnasio, con lo necesario para hacer un poquito de deporte. La terraza super amplia, desayunábamos y cenábamos en ella se estaba genial por la noche a la fresca. Y de la zona, que decir, que hay muchos bares de tapeo y la playa está muy bien, la arena no es de la fina que se engancha y el agua está muy limpia. La verdad para repetir

Con piscina y cerca de la playa. El edificio con recepcionista, garaje y muy seguro. La dueña fue muy amable y servicial. El piso estaba limpio. Fue perfecto.

Super penthouse

Le penthouse est très agréable, lumineux et au calme (grande terrasse, excellente literie, place de parking en sous-sol, une personne est toujours présente à la réception et avec tout le nécessaire de confort) et très bien situé (nous avons fait tout à pied - plage, commerces, restaurants...). Véronica est très disponible, aimable et de bons conseils. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement. Stéphane et Nathalie.

Increible apartamento en Almeria

Estuvimos unos 5 dias y lo pasamos genial,mi hija todo el dia metida en la piscina que es climatizada todo el año srgun me dijeron ,el apartamento está en una comunidad que tiene sauna que por 3€ puedes usar, conserje 24 horas super simpaticos,y zonas comunes muy bonitas aparte de un garage amplio donde dejar el coche.El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades y tiene una terraza enorme donde tomar el sol todo el día,esta decorado con muy buen gusto y es igual que en las fotos. La playa no queda lejos y tampoco hay problemas de aparcamiento si quieres coger el coche para ir alli. Tiene un centro comercial al que puedes ir andando a tan solo 5 min y ademas todo tipo de servicios de restauración al lado.Pasamos unas vacaciones maravillosas y repetiremos seguro!

Comodo y completo apartamento

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable en este apartamento. Muy limpio y completo, teníamos cafetera y hervidora de agua, extras que muchas veces no encuentras. El recibimiento fue muy bueno y la anfitriona muy atenta durante toda la estancia. Es una zona con buenos bares de tapas y la playa esta bastante cerca, unos 5 u 8min andando.

Perfect stay

I had an amazing time in Veronica's apartment. Dulce Belen who welcome us was really nice and helpful giving me suggestion of what to do and best places to eat. There is also a manual with information about the flat and local amenities at the entrance's corridor which was quite useful, also touristics leaflets are provided. The best feature for me was the terraze were I was sunbathing most of my time, it is huge! The comunal pool of the building is also very good and not crowded 100% recommended.

Amazing property! Perfect for a couple.

My holiday in the penthouse was fabulous! The area is really nice, and the penthouse is beautiful and CLEAN. Owners are really friendly and smiling. They share their knowledge about the area. There is everything around. I really recommend this property.
