Families are well catered for with a high chair and cot. Please note that the owners may occasionally camp in a private section of the property well away from the residence, ensuring guests continue to enjoy a peaceful and private stay.

Firewood and Fire Ban
Firewood is provided from May to September. Outside of these months, you can find firewood at local service stations.
Please note that fire bans are in effect from November 1 to April 30, during which time fire pits are not permitted.
Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.
We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
School Leavers:
We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Pet Policy
This property welcomes pets for a fee of $95 per pet, with a limit of two. Please obtain prior approval for your pets. Please keep pets off furniture and out of bedrooms, supervise them at all times, and keep them at acceptable noise levels. Kindly clean up after your pets, as any additional mess may incur a cleaning fee.
Rental Agreement
