"This is new, small, modern hotel. They only staff the Front Desk between 9am and 6pm. Otherwise, you have to trust they will answer the phone after hours. I heard a person standing outside the front door trying to check in, at about 8pm, for more than 5 minutes trying to reach them with their wall-mounted telephone/intercom system. I had a problem with my TV and I was told it could not be addressed until the next day. I stayed two nights (same rate each night) and did not receive ANY housekeeping after the first night, not even to replace the coffee pods I used the first morning. It's nice, but one has to understand their limitations of trying to control costs -- at the dismay of guests."

"Cozy room/lodge - it was a perfect location to walk to the cute little downtown area as well. Lovely room with fireplace and all the amenities to make the stay comfortable. Good breakfast as well! We would stay here again."
