Great hotel
Really nice hotel with amazing staff. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to the current issues but the staff were so helpful getting us an emergency taxi to Buenos Aires. Couldn’t ask for more support, we will be back someday! Highly recommend

Overall an enjoyable experience
It's a nicely designed hotel with friendly staff and great swimming pool and rooftop gym with an amazing view. The restaurant, although a bit austere in its colour black design, served first class food. The only thing i didn't like: why not just have a kettle in the room instead of a coffee maker, and why hideous polystyrene cups? That's a first in any hotel I've stayed it and really cheapened the experience. Whoever thought of that idea shouldn't be running an hotel. I also thought the cleaning could be much better. Pubes in the sink when I arrived...obviously not inspected.

Fantastic welcome, all front desk staff, bell boys, etc. They were all very helpful and very nice. The hotel is in very good shape. The room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was very good! The only weak point for me: although the staff at the restaurant is very nice they need more training. Sometimes they would chat amongst themselves and ignore the customers. Also, they would start arranging tables and chairs when customers were still eating not realizing that they were being a nuisance.

A good place to be in Rosario
The hotel is very comfortable and overall very clean. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. I really enjoyed my stay. The location is great, at walking distance from the Parana River and also from downtown. The rooms are quiet. The only thing to complain is something general to all Rosario's downtown hotels. Probably due to an old pipe system, the bathroom sink smells. I am not sure if something can be done about it. As I said, other hotels I have been in Rosario are even worst in this regard. Other than that, everything is wonderful. I recommend it for business travel and/or for fun.

Friendly and helpful staff
This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. The first time I was struck as to how friendly and helpful the staff were and was delighted to find that this was still the case on my second visit. They were extremely helpful in arranging a day trip to Iguazu for me and even more so when I had to change the date. I will definitely always stay here when I visit Rosario.

I had very pleasant encounters with the staff. I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. Our office was about 6 blocks away which made this a great location. The room was typical for this class of hotel. No problems but also nothing special about the room. The breakfast was enjoyable with a decent selection of fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, pastries, and juices. The dining staff was very hospitable.

Great hotel with very friendly staff. Very modern and luxury feel. Free car parking with free valet. Few things: pool is opened only till 8:30pm. Breakfest was good except the coffee - tasted like chlorine water, so we asked for espresso - it was much better. Otherwise than that - room service, check-in and out staff was very professional. A+

Great Service. Super friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast selection and options was awesome. The only minor but noticeable dislike was the "subpar quality of the coffee". Not of Argentinian standards. I ended up ordering tea every morning for breakfast. Other than that ,the hotel experience was great.

Disappointed they considered my infant a person of occupancy, so I need to reserve another room for a single person. And they charged my card twice even though I paid for the room ahead of time. They charged me for the free breakfast. Watch out if you stay here, very shady people run this hotel. They want to nickle and dime you.

Decent hotel, visited during the winter and room was super hot and they couldn't turn off the heat! Other than that, it's a pretty standard holiday inn. Not amazing but clean and fresh.

The Holiday Inn in Rosario @ Dorrego 450
For whomever needs to stay in Rosario... A great experience. I have stayed in several hotels in this city where I grew up. I was amazed at the EXELENT (all in capital) service. From the Bellman to the front desk, to the restaurant, to the chamber maids. The price listed is for one plus an aditional for thesecond guest but that is not the case. This Inn does not charge extra for the second guest and breakfast at this time was included... for both of us. The top floor is a little smaler than the lower floors and it is dividen into only two suites... The "REINA SOFIA SUITE" and the "REY JUAN CARLOS SUITE"... Guess why? Yes, you guessed right... King Juan Carlos and Queen Sofia of Spain stayed there a few years ago. It is centraly located and convinient for most things you may want to do. To much of my surprise, the son of a school chum of mine of some 55 years ago whom I had dinner one night works there... The following night to my dinner he took the time to find out about me and in a vey polight manner introduced himself at the restaurant and after a short chat excused himself in an extremely profecional manner. VERY WELL TRAINED STAFF. The gim, on the top floor of the building has a view of the entire city, the river and islands, is rather well equiped and the sauna is good. Too cool for the small pool to be open but it looks very nice.Place to have a good parrillada or stakes... La Pergola... only some 5-6 blocks away.
