"Everything was nice , except the constant smell of Pot in the hall ways "

"we arrived to hotel around 6 pm . our first room was terrible , there was long hair all over the chairs crumbs on the microwave my wife found mouse turds on the bath room floor. Our second room was worse, human blood on the bottom side of the toilet , it was not clean on the inside either.The coffee maker in the room was dirty , she had to clean it just so we could use it. The bed sounded like it was ready to fall apart. When our concerns were brought up to the desk clerk. Here response was "oh I know who cleaned that room. She proceded to give us a room cleaned by the same cleaning person"

"Lake view is always beautiful, room was pretty clean,was a little disappointed that they had a frat party that we wernt aware of & all kids were on same floor & up till 4:00 am, nobody would awnser at front desk when called at 1:00 to ask for them to control noise "

"The cabin was very clean and cozy! We loved the proximity to the lake! It was close to stores and restaurants. We will definitely be booking for next year’s ice fishing trip."

"Josh was a great host. When we had some difficulty getting inside (totally our error), he not only emailed quickly but ultimately called and got us in remotely until we were able to unlock the key pad correctly. The house was very clean. Had all the amenities we needed for a quick weekend at the lake. It was in a wonderful location for us as well. Neighborhood was quiet as well. We had six people and all had a bed or couch to sleep on and all were very comfortable. The extra space heaters were a nice touch since it was in the teens our weekend. I would definitely rent from Josh again! "
