"Rustic but very comfortable and quiet. Good A/C Enjoyed the music in the bar. The hiking trails were easy and beautifully kept up.Walked a short distance to see the view of sunrise. Lovely staff members in all areas."

"We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was clean and nicely furnished with great amenities. The kids (and the adults) loved the air hockey/ping pong table, arcade cabinet, and board games. It was a little difficult to find at night, but that was our fault for arriving so late, and the map app for not pinpointing it correctly. The host was very responsive to all of our questions, and the electric charger made it possible for us to take the electric car. We would definitely consider staying here again!"

"This property was very clean and exactly as it appeared in the pictures. You can’t beat the view! We enjoyed our time here, especially standing on the back deck with our morning coffee looking at the mountains. The host is very responsive. We would stay here again!"

"Lovely cabin. Perfect location next to trails. Cozy. Comfortable. All utilities worked well, like AC, hot water, kitchen appliances. No problem with insects inside. Appreciated all the assistance with the host when needed. Would stay again."

"The cabin is cute, has a beautiful view, and the hosts are very helpful and responsive. Things to note - there's no spices/oil/etc in the kitchen so just make sure to bring some; the distance to hiking, shenandoah park, are extremely close by but the roads don't connect"

"Really nice place to stay! Beds were a on the soft side for our liking but it was a comfy place overall. We didn't have service when we arrived so make sure to take screenshots of the wifi name & password before hand. If youre arriving late make sure to stop for groceries or nabbing dinner before arrival its about 20 plus mins to the normal grocery/ restaurant in Luray. However Fairview Grocery is super cute with a limited deli and has locally sourced basics and is about 10 mins. Definitely 5 stars!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hideaway cabin. The cabin is confortable, well taken care of and was in pristine conditions at our arrival. It had all the amenities to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Private, beautifully situated, serene, surrounded by nature made it the perfect place for our vacation. My family and I stayed for a week, were able to hike the trails in Shenandoah NP, tour historical homes in the area, visit the famous Luray caves, play and rest! Perfect place to decompress. Michael was a very attentive host from the beginning ensuring we had a smooth arrival, pleasant stay and even follow up after our departure. Thank you Michael for your hospitality! We are planning our future trip to the area and will definitely return to the Hideaway cabin."
