We had a fantastic stay at Ocean Oasis and would happily book here again. The hospitality truly made the difference. Ms. Clarke and Mr. Capitolin were exceptional, always making sure our family was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcome. A special thank you to Ardelia for keeping our room impeccably clean throughout our stay. It was spotless every day, and her hard work did not go unnoticed. We also want to recognize Sierra, our waitress, who was always friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Her excellent service and warm personality made every meal even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place with outstanding customer service, Ocean Oasis is an excellent choice. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit to Dominica so memorable. We look forward to returning!

Our stay to help celebrate a birthday party was made spectacular by staying at Ocean Oasis Hotel. The rooms were modern, beautiful and clean with excellent views of the pool and ocean. The staff was amazing with A- class service. Everyone was smiling with a reserved courteous customer service which is RARE these days. The breakfast was both true to the island flavors while also adding international choices. They have a great location and offer airport pick up and excursions. What impressed me most was the feet dim lights when going to the bathroom areas. The AC was very cold fridge worked very well The bed was clean and firm. You got robe slippers and chargers for phones. The food was amazing with heavy duty silverware different not like the regular plain silverware. What I found need to slightly adjust is the outdoor set up it was to close to other sitting areas the tables were to big so it looked cluttered. Lastly I was on the top floor I believe I was probably the only person at the premium level and at nights the took off the lights in the corridor walkway which I think they should kerp on it was dark walking in that area. Other than that Great service and most importantly CLEAN. I guess it was still new hopefully they upkeep the level.

Great stay from start to finish! The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and the food was excellent. I especially enjoyed the delicious local breakfast. A special shoutout to the night staff—Rhessa, Dante, Serena, Natalia, Marlic, and Ellis for their outstanding service, friendliness, and attentiveness. The morning staff were also fantastic and welcoming. Overall, a wonderful experience with great people, great food, and great service. I’d definitely stay here again!
