There are broken blinds in two of the bedrooms and the dining room, dirty screen doors, cracked power points in the kitchen, broken outdoor furniture and the kitchen is lacking utensils/ serving-ware. "Stayed with family and close family friends, they absolutely loved it. The location and view are spectacular. The cleanliness could have been better, particularly in the kitchen, however we had a great time, and we would definitely go again."

"The property was perfect—10/10. The Sunrise at 1770 estate is incredible, with next-level facilities. You hardly need to leave the estate except for supplies. Everything was clean, well-maintained, peaceful, and secluded. The property even includes a golf buggy, which made getting around the estate easy. "Beautiful house, perfect area for what we wanted, pictures don’t do it justice for how nice this place really is, if anything I’d add some more pictures (different angles: living room leading to master bedroom etc.). "As you enter the premises, you can feel the serenity. Then arriving at the house, it's a WOW factor for sure. From the moment you open that front door, you feel the good vibes.The views from every room are magical, and we even saw some whales. Short walk to the beach, but you have to be fit as the road is steep, or you can drive but only 2 parking spots. The pool is way too far to walk with kids, but plenty of parking is available.The house is well equipped for your stay to make you feel at home.The only negatives would be the cleaning, which was not great and the BBQ that was too dirty to even be used.I would love to come back and recharge my batteries from our busy life."
