The bathroom mirror didn’t help and the only other mirror was in the bedroom but I was only able to myself chest and up smh. I was having a wardrobe issue and I couldn’t see myself properly to fix it. Kind of threw my birthday off"

"From the moment we checked in at the front desk until the moment we were dropped off from the shuttle at BWI the staff interaction was excellent. We especially loved Mo, who takes care of everyone at the bar/restaurant. The discussion was great and the food was delicious. The hotel’s close proximity to the airport and the 24 hour shuttle are the reasons we booked this hotel. We had a 6:00 a.m. flight back to Detroit and we are not morning people. The in-room coffee, punctuality of the shuttle, and kindness from the staff was an added bonus. Thank you!"

"Our stay was quite un eventful and very restful with the following exception; I had checked the wrong date on the arrival and called Expedia to correct it which they said they would do, then beyond that my brother in law passed away and we had to leave a day early, which the hotel was very understanding and only charged for the nights we stayed. BUT Expedia has not refunded any of the excessive charges for either of the two nights involved. They sent a letter saying the hotel would not accept refunding the two nights, which is completely not true as I have a copy of the bill from the hotel and it only covers the two nights we actually spent. At this time I can never trust Expedia again to book anything!"
