"Not a great value for the price, $600 is quite steep for very small room with no amenities. The heating/cooling unit in the room was so loud making Stanley Kubrick movie like noises I had to turn it off which left the room stale with no airflow as it was keeping me awake. Toilet also ran loudly continuously. Would not return."

"I love this hotel! I always stay here when I come into town. The staff is great, and the included breakfast is even better. My room is always clean. The only issue I had was the water pressure in the shower, it was very low this visit. I’m not sure if it was just the shower spout in this room, or if the water pressure throughout the entire hotel is reduced. But this was still a pleasant visit."

"Very nice hotel, the breakfasts were excellent, clean rooms quiet. Centrally located, waling distance tothe National Mall, and a Metro station. Turely enjoyed our time there"

"The check in agent was great and friendly whe. I arrived… a different experience at check out though as the agent named McKenna …An African American lady who clearly did not want to be there was the rudest person I’ve EVER had wait on me!!!!!!I’ve stayed at lots of Holiday Inns etc and even worked for the company in Minneapolis from 1986-2000.. but NEVER had an employee speak to me the way she did. I went to check out and give her my card keys. I didn’t see her hand . I said my room # and she said “ how rude “.. I said what?? Me?? She said “Yes your being rude I had my hand out”….. I advised her I didn’t see it which I didn’t .. who the heck speaks to a customer that way ???.. wow!! She needs to go back to customer service training cause that alone will have me bad mouth this property and never stay there again., your company should be ashamed that that’s who is the face to check out/ in too.. "
