"Ruhig gelegenes Hotel direkt am Wald, ideal für Wanderungen. Super nettes Personal. Essen war gut. Lediglich die Matratzen waren sehr hart, die Klima hat nicht richtig gekühlt und war relativ laut. Mit offenen Fenstern schlafen war kaum möglich, da es nachts immer wieder zu Geräuschen kam von Klimageräten. Wir gehen davon aus, dass dies ein Zimmerproblem war."

"I had a good sleep in room 102. Rooms around mine was not occupied. No shower gel and shampoo. I don't see anything about in the hotels.com amenities description. Why did you lie? It never happened so far. You think you paid online but you have to pay again to check out. Parking and breakfast are included. Unfortunately, I didn't try sauna. It was off."
