"Our family of 5 (3 young kids) arrived late. The first room they put us in had black mold coming from the AC vent and down a wall. The room they switched us too had large bed bugs crawling across the comforter and pillows. Absolutely disgusting. The third room we were moved too was clean and comfortable. ..."
