Enjoy a relaxing holiday by the sea in this modern and cosy house located in Canyelles Almadraba, just 400 metres from the beautiful l'Almadraba beach. The property offers stunning views of the sea and mountains, in a peaceful and family-friendly setting. With capacity for 6 people, it features 3 bedrooms with single beds and 2 complete bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub), ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.



The independent kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances: fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a complete set of kitchen utensils. The property has air conditioning in all rooms and heating by heat pump, ensuring maximum comfort throughout the stay.



Among its amenities are: small swimming pool of 6 m² (open only in summer season), free Wi-Fi, television with channels in Spanish, English and French, 50 m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, and 200 m² garden fully fenced, ideal for families with children or pets.

La maison est grande et bien aménagée Le ménage extérieur laissait à désirer et la lumière de la cuisine ne fonctionnait pas ce qui n’était vraiment pas pratique Cela a été signalé en début de séjour mais hélas personne n’est venu.Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la plage et le coin tranquille

Très belle maison où il fait bon vivre, dans un environnement magnifique

La maison est très agréable, grande et bien conçue, l’emplacement idéal, la proximité de la plage très appréciée. Quelques rénovations seraient à prévoir sur la terrasse et l’équipement de la cuisine. Le nettoyage des vitres et baies vitrées nous semble également indispensable pour une maison de cette qualité.

Très belle maison avec vue sur mer

Nous avons été gêné par le nombre d’escaliers à gravir. Ce détail devrait être signalé dans le descriptif car pour les personnes un peu handicapées genoux ou hanche c’est difficile
