It is located 150 m from La Punta sandy beach, 150 m from the supermarket, 4 km from the Aquabrava water park, 26 km from the Peralada golf course, 30 km from the AVE/TGV train station in Figueres and 70 km from Girona airport. It is set in a well-connected area, close to shops and restaurants.

Modern, verzorgd en midden in het centrum!

Voor ons al de 5de keer op deze locatie. Ruim, mooi verblijf met alles wat een mens op vakantie nodig kan hebben. Super airco in alle ruimtes ( dat was deze keer onmisbaar!). Strand, supermarkten,restaurants ...alles op minder dan 5 minuutjes wandelen... En als er eens wat hapert, het agentschap reageert supersnel en biedt steeds een oplossing...ook dat is Houden zo!

Ferienwohnung Roses

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Es gibt alles, was man braucht. Sehr nah am Strand. Geschäfte, Café, Restaurant, Bäckerei, Drogerie, absolut alles ist drumherum. Der Balkon ist etwas eng, aber wenn man Klimaanlage da ist, es ist nicht so großes Problem. Wir würden diese Wohnung gerne nochmal mieten.

Logement pour 4 au lieu de 5 et un bruit insupportable d'une couverture d' égout dans la rue!

La location de l'appartement et le airco Si vous marquez qu'il y a des lits pour 5 personnes(un lit double et 3 lits simples) ...eh bien assurez-vous qu'ils sont bien là. Le canapé dans le living n'est pas un lit! Apporter un lit qui se replie quand on se met dedans n'est pas la solution non plus! Je suis désappointé après avoir logé 3 fois dans l'appartement 2B.
