The apartment in Roses has 1 bedroom and capacity for 4 people. This comfortable 40 m² accommodation offers mountain views and is ideal for a practical stay on the Costa Brava.



It is located just 50 m from Nova sandy beach, 500 m from the supermarket, 3 km from the Aquabrava water park, 26 km from the Peralada golf course, 30 km from the AVE/TGV train station in Figueres and 70 km from Girona airport. It is set in a well-connected area, close to shops and restaurants.



The accommodation features lift access, iron, internet access (wifi), balcony, heat pump heating, air conditioning only in the living room, satellite television (languages: Spanish, German and French) and covered parking in a nearby building (approximately 140 m away).

Lage perfekt

Lage, Fahrstuhl, Parkplatz im Parkhaus mit genug Platz Betten sind sehr einfach und nicht ähnlich wie auf den Fotos, Matratzen und Betten sind total unbequem. Auf dem Sofa nicht geschlafen. Bad und Kühlschrank waren nicht ausreichend geputzt.

Excellente situation. Appartement agréable

Appartement clair bien équipé. Ascenseur. On descend, on traverse la rue, on est sur la plage. Ce n'est pas vue côté mer mais on était prévenus et la situation est idéale. Bord plage, près des petits commerces, restaurants, etc, ... Propriétaires très réactifs quand il y a un problème (machine à laver résolu en 1h) et très sympathiques. Pas de place de parking comme dit dans l'annonce mais possibilité de parking autour. Climatisation appréciable. Si on revient à Roses, on reviendra dans cet appartement.
