Beautiful and bright flat, located in a residence in a quiet area, with all the facilities, community swimming pool and large garden. Fantastic view on the sea and *aiguamolls*. Well equipped, 12m2 of terrace, reversible AIR CONDITIONING in all the rooms. Pool: june to september 55 m2 for 4 pers.: 1 bed x 1,60 + 2 beds x 90. Bed sheets and towels not included. Pets and Smoker not allowed
