Cozy apartment with fantastic sea views, direct access to the beach. Private parking and air conditioning. Unbeatable environment for families with children. It has 2 bedrooms, capacity for 1 to 6 people.



The accommodation is distributed in :

* Dining room with sofa bed, air conditioning and TV with TNT SAT (national and French channels).

* Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave-oven, electric coffee maker, toaster, washing machine ...).

* One bedroom with double bed (140 cm). Air conditioning

* One bedroom with two single beds. Air conditioning

* Bathroom with shower and a toilet.

* Large terrace equipped with table, chairs and barbecue area.





Located on the beach of l'Almadraba (natural beach of fine sand with 3 beach restaurants and a supermarket open in season). The center of Roses is 4.5 km away, where you will find a variety of shops, shops and its large sandy beach.

Short stays possible according to the season, possibility of renting weekends in season.

Arrival and departure times can be adapted according to the season.
