The house has only one level with 2 spacious double bedrooms, a single bedroom, 2 bathrooms, living-dining room with kitchen, a large terrace with beautiful view at the Bay of Roses. The kitchen is completely equipped with all modern equipment like a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, ceramic glass cooktop, big fridge and freezer and an electric barbecue grill for the terrace. In the living room there are Sat TV and 1 split air conditioning unit. In the basement you will find a washing machine and a laundry rack, ironing board and an electric iron.
