Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Our two nights were horrible because the spring mattresses were uncomfortable and way too old. The soundproofing is poor; we could hear everything, all night and early in the morning.There was hair in the sheets and in the shower, as well as mold in the shower.The cooking utensils are outdated; they're greasy and dirty...There was a lot of smashed moskitos on walls uncleaned. We were given apartment 4 instead of number 1. It wasn't clear, at least; the photos on the booking website didn't match.We could not rest because of the matresses quality and bc of the noises. The guy who checked us in was nice but very busy and not very motivated to do anything for our comfort, if at all.
