Cozy house located just 20m from the beach of Almadrava (Roses). Privileged situation in the most beautiful beach of Roses. It has 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 single beds, one with 3 single beds), dining-living room with sofa bed, open kitchen, showerroom and a large terrace surrounded by eucalyptus trees and magnificent sea views. Private parking slot included, closed at the sides. Amenities: oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue, and awning. Ideal for couples with children for its quiet, its wonderful sea views and the convenience of direct access to the sandy beach and easy access to the sea for children. The access from the street to the house is made by 40 steps. [hidden]
