Ideal for a seaside holiday, this bright apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 4th floor (no lift), it offers a superb sea view and a privileged location, just a few steps from Santa Margarita beach.

Enjoy a large terrace with a panoramic sea view — perfect for outdoor meals or admiring sunsets.

Everything is within walking distance: shops, restaurants, supermarkets and of course the beach!

The apartment has a fully equipped independent kitchen: electric hobs, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, crockery, kitchen utensils and coffee maker. It consists of an entrance, bathroom with shower and toilet, one bedroom and a living-dining room with access to the terrace.

Bed linen and sheets are available for an additional charge. Tourist tax is not included in the price.
