With its generous 54 m², this refuge is a jewel of serenity. The spacious 20 m² terrace will gift you with stunning views of the sea, the bay and the fishing and sports ports. Being located on the first line of the beach, you will enjoy the sea breeze and the coastal environment in all its splendour.
Just to the right of the accommodation is the blue zone, and to the left there is a large paid parking lot where you will have no problem parking.
The apartment is equipped with modern amenities, including lift, iron, internet access (wifi) and satellite television, ensuring entertainment and convenience for your stay. The fully equipped American kitchen features a fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and coffee maker.
It is important to note that sheets and towels have an additional cost and are not included in the reservation price. If you wish, you can request them with a supplement or bring them from home.

Sehr gute Preiswerte Wohnung mit Mega Ausblick
Es hat sich aufjedenfall gelohnt und es war ein schönes Erlebnis. Perfekte Lage, schöne Stadt, nette freundliche Menschen und schönes Wetter alles passend!
Ein Störfaktor war die etwas in die Jahre gekommene Wohnung, welche vielleicht mal eine Renovierung verdient hätte.

Emplacement parfait, équipements inexistants
Un appartement qui pourrait être très bien s'il était un minimum équipé. Cuisine qui manque de tout, impossible de faire chauffer 2 casseroles, pas de dessous de plat...Manque le minimum raisonnable. 2 chaises branlantes sur le balcon, pas de parasol. En cas de mauvais temps, il faut prendre le mobilier extérieur. Vraiment dommage. Heureusement très bon emplacement.
