  • It is an apartment located on the sixth floor of the Rosas 5 building a few meters from the beach. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a dining kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave and hob. In the dining room there is a sofa bed for two people. It also has a terrace overlooking the sea. For the comfort of travelers there is also a washing machine and television with French and international channels.
    It is in the center of Santa Margarita, Rosas. It has all the facilities around it; supermarket, pharmacy, pond, bakery, ice cream shop, bars ...
    It is located 25 meters from the beach, next to the promenade and overlooking the bay of Rosas.
    It has community parking with restricted access only for residents of the community.
