Holiday home in Roses with swimming pool

  • This comfortable holiday home is located in Roses, in the Mas Fumats urbanisation, on a 700 m² plot and has a living area of approximately 120 m². It offers ample space for two people as well as families of up to six.

    The house is flexible in terms of occupancy and therefore also in terms of price (see "Special Features"). The private saltwater pool is located next to the open sun terrace with sea views, where there is also an outdoor shower. The Mediterranean-style, fully fenced garden provides wonderful shade on hot days and is an ideal place for a siesta.
