Townhouse, family, consisting of ground floor there is the garage, access to the main part of the house by an external staircase. On the first floor we find, wc and utility room, open kitchen, living - dining room with access to the terrace where you can take your meals outside, on the upper floor are two double bedrooms, with access to the terraces and a bathroom.

About 3 miles from the town of Roses, following the lighthouse road, there is a charming beach: Canyelles.

Canyelles beach is golden in color, with a pleasant touch and a relaxing fine sand, clear water, suitable both for the bathroom and for all water sports.
Beach is 350 meters long and 25 meters wide, the work is quite high both for its beauty, for the particularity of being sheltered from the tramontane.

This beach was certified in 2003 with an environmental quality EMAS and ISO 14001 and has been honored with the prestigious blue flag. It has all the amenities you could want from renting sunbeds and umbrellas, lifeguards, sidewalks for the disabled, ice cream and drink vending machines, etc.
