You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Huge villa only 2 minutes walk from the beach of Almadrava

Perfect property to share between three or four families at 40 meters from the sandy beach. The 4mx8m pool can be used all summer.

The main house has capacity for 10 people and the studio for 4 people. In addition to Wifi, TV, and ping pong table.

A staircase leads to the main house. There we find a large kitchen with access to the terrace with barbecue and a nice and spacious living-dining room overlooking the bay. On this same floor we have a double bedroom with bathroom. On the upper floor we find 4 double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.

These 4 bedrooms have air conditioning units.

The fully independent studio for 4 people, consists of 1 double bedroom, bathroom and a double sofa bed in the living/dining/kitchen area.

The house has 3 garages.

A couple of minutes walk from the sandy cove of Almadrava, where in the summer months we find bars and restaurants, such as the Santa Lucia that in addition to good food offers live music twice a week in summer.

ARRIVAL PROCEDURE :

This is the address of the agency to retrieve the keys of the apartment.

Opening hours to retrieve the keys: 15h30 to 19h30
Remember to bring your own set of sheets and towels, although you can rent them at the reception (10 € / sheets, 5 € / towels).
For apartments that allow pets, please inform us in advance, a supplement of 25 € is required.
A deposit of 1000€ will be blocked on a credit card on the day of arrival and will be released 7 days after your departure.
Please note that the accommodation price does not include the city tourist tax of € 1.00 per person per night, payable on the day of arrival.
