If you want to enjoy a relaxing holiday and impressive views of Roses Bay, do it in our wonderful villa.



When arriving at the house we must go down some steps to access the apartment.



You have an entrance hall with access to a spacious, bright and modern living-dining room.



The open kitchen with all the amenities to enjoy your holidays, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. There is a storage room with a washing machine.



In the living room there is a Smart TV and a receiver to watch French TNT SAT channels and also Spanish television, WiFi connection throughout the house.



There are 3 bedrooms, two of them doubles with a double bed, private bathroom and external views, the third bedroom with 2 single beds has no external window but all have air conditioning (cold/heat) and it also has access to the bathroom that it shares with the living room.



Upon leaving the apartment, via some stairs, we access the terrace where the swimming pool is located and a welcoming summer kitchen with a charcoal barbecue.



2026 Update: The owner has recently renovated these pool access stairs to provide more comfortable access. The landscaping work planned to complete the landscape integration of the area will be carried out shortly, so the external surroundings do not yet reflect the intended final appearance.



There are two parking spaces outside.

Is electricity included?

Due to the significant increase in energy costs, the rental price includes a basic consumption of 15kw per day. If this is exceeded, extra kw will be charged at current market price. The kw/h rate will be indicated in the rental contract.



What dimensions does the pool have?

It measures 2.70 x 5.75m with a maximum depth of approximately 1.60m.



What are the beds like?

There are 2 double beds of 160x200cm and two single beds of 90x200cm



Are the towels included?

No, but we have them available for rent.



Who is responsible for maintaining the swimming pool?

The technician comes once a week.
