Superb apartment on the beach of Almadrava. It has been completely renovated in 2016. Very sunny and modern, this is the perfect apartment to spend a dream holiday on the Costa Brava. Located in a quiet and closed residential in Almadrava overlooking the sea, just 50 m from the beach and 4 km from the center of Roses. It has 2 bedrooms (one with double bed, the other with trundle beds), living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, washing machine. Big terrace with blinds and beautiful views. Community garden and pool. Private underground parking. The calm of Almadrava and the beauty of this small residential make this apartment a perfect place to go on holidays with friends or family. The beach with fine sand gently enters the water, ideal for small children. PETS NOT ALLOWED. SMOKERS NOT ALLOWED. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE NOT ADMITTED. [hidden]-12
