Muy contentos y satisfechos con la eleccion del apartamento.

Estamos muy contentos con la experiencia. La ubicación y las característica del apartamento són super buenas, el trato con quien lo gestiona excelente, y la relación calidad precio muy buena. El apartamento esta casi a primera linea de mar, solo bajar del apartamento cruzas la calle y ya estas en la playa, en una callecita del centro de Roses, aunque a penas tiene vistas (se ve el mar des del balcón) se respira el mar. Nada caluroso, no entra el sol directamente y esta iluminado todo el dia. Tiene climatitzación (aire y ventiladores de techo) para epocas muy calurosas, pero si no no hace falta, se esta super bien. Todo muy limpio y de un estilo muy neutró y agradable. Estamos encantados.

Aunque esté en el centro de Roses no hay ruido dentro del apartamento, de verdad, muy bien aislado y climatizado. Tienes todo a tu alcance:desde supers, bares, tiendas,restaurantes y la playa a 1 minuto, solo cruzar la calle. Ah y para aparcar pensaba que sería complejo pero a 5-10 minutos a pié tienes zonas gratis (zona blanca) y yo en 6 días de estancia aparqué siempre a la primera en la última semana de Agosto. Por último la hospitalidad ha sido muy buena por parte de Lisa, siempre de agradecer.

Excellent Property

Superb location on the beach and in the centre of all the restaurants. The property was spotlessly clean and very well presented. The owner, Lisa, responded promptly whenever we contacted her and was really helpful. We were welcomed by her on arrival and she left water, wine and fruit for us. There were lots of other extras which you don't usually expect in a self-catering property - cling film, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and in the bathroom shampoo and shower gel as well as a hair dryer. She had obviously put a lot of thought into equipping the apartment. The air conditioning was great - the apartment was lovely and cool. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great apartment in the pedestrian zone of Rosas. Lots of space, recently renovated, modern and clean. The apartment is perfect for a family: 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with two single beds. As we were two couples, the one that got the twin beds appreciated the fact that we were able to take the side table out of the bedboard and pull the two beds together. The bathroom has a nice, modern shower. Pleasant first contact with the owner who also thought of leaving some coffee as well as fruits and a bottle of water at our disposal. The beds are comfortable - it gives you a chance to try viscoelastic mattresses to see if you like them!!! It's unusual to find such high quality mattresses in a holiday apartment. There is a small supermarket and a baker nearby, many shops and countless bars and restaurants (reasonable prices). The sea is across the street and Rosas offers a pleasant and long walk by the sea. The beach seemed nice, too, but in February ... we didn't dare try it! There's a parking nearby which is quite useful to load and unload, but don't leave your car there as it is quite expensive. There is a small free parking a little way off, but it gets full quite fast and we didn't find a parking space the second night (although it was low season). There is, however, a large (also free) parking about 10 minutes walk away from the apartment, near the harbor. Upon reservation, Elisabeth gave us a townplan with the first two free parkings. There are many sights to explore around Rosas - if you're not a beach person, you won't get bored. Definitely a location and apartment we don't hesitate to recommend.

Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par l’accueil très chaleureux de lisa, l'appartement est propre et moderne et bien à 50 mètres de la plage. La climatisation est un plus quant il fait vraiment très chaud. Je recommande cet appartement qui est dans une rue de commerçants et de restaurants, avec les doubles vitrages ont entend aucun bruit Merci cordialement christine
