The layout has been designed to optimise comfort and functionality, with a fully equipped American kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The washing machine is in the bathroom.The living area has air conditioning for warm days and a heat pump for cooler nights. Additionally, you will enjoy WiFi connection and television with satellite channels, for your moments of rest.One of the strengths of the property is its fantastic private terrace of 14 m², equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. The perfect space to have breakfast facing the sea, enjoy a dinner at sunset or simply relax with the sound of waves in the background.The location is unbeatable: just 1.2 km from the centre of Roses, with supermarkets, restaurants and all services within your reach.
