Charming apartment, bright and modern, completely renovated in 2025, located on the seafront, just a few steps away from the beautiful Canyelles Petites beach, one of the most highly rated in Roses.



Perfect for couple getaways or family holidays, this cosy 46 m² home offers everything necessary for a comfortable, relaxed stay with views of the Mediterranean.



The apartment has a main bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, with capacity to accommodate up to 4 people. The layout has been designed to optimise comfort and functionality, with a fully equipped American kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The washing machine is in the bathroom.



The living area has air conditioning for warm days and a heat pump for cooler nights. Additionally, you will enjoy WiFi connection and television with satellite channels, for your moments of rest.



One of the strengths of the property is its fantastic private terrace of 14 m², equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. The perfect space to have breakfast facing the sea, enjoy a dinner at sunset or simply relax with the sound of waves in the background.



The location is unbeatable: just 1.2 km from the centre of Roses, with supermarkets, restaurants and all services within your reach. It is also an excellent starting point for discovering the region, with nearby attractions.

L'appartement qui a été refait à neuf récemment est décoré avec goût, les équipements sont de qualités et la terrasse avec la vue sur la mer est extraordinaire, on se croirait sur un bateau ! Nous reviendrons dès que possible !

le plus : emplacement , piscine, place parking et vue mer. compte tenu du prix et des photos, on s'attendait à mieux dans le logement : cuisine à refaire, manque un lave vaisselle. literie pas confortable moue et pas épais (il faut pas être grand!) une couette d'une personne uniquement. odeurs d'égouts dans l'évier de la cuisine tous les jours!

Vue exceptionnelle!

Appartement tres agréable, conforme aux photos... cependant,l'acces au stationnement et au parking est un peu exiguë mais a le merite d'exister et permet de conserver la fraicheur dans le vehicule, on oublierai presque le passage incessant de bateaux et jet ski grace a la vue sublime! je recommande ce logement dans lequel nous avons passé un excellent sejour.
