To access the apartment you have to lower stairs (equivalent to 2 floors) and is distributed in:

* A bedroom with 2 singles beds (90cm).

* Dining room with sofa bed and TV (Spanish channels and TNT SAT for French channels).

* American kitchen equipped with microwave, refrigerator, electric coffee maker, toaster, oven ...

* Bathroom with bath and washing machine.

* Separate WC.

* Magnificent 32m2 south facing terrace with stunning views of the Bay of Roses and barbecue.

* Private parking space at the entrance of the building.

* Access to the communal pool.



Located 20/25 minutes on foot from Canyelles Beach (natural sandy beach with 3 beach restaurants, a supermarket and bakery open seasonally).

Located 30-35 minutes walking from the center of Roses, where you will find a variety of shops, shops and its large sandy beach.

Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travellers. Drive a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play mini-golf, boat trips to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train to take a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueres, an immersion in the Medes Islands reservation Natural, animations in summer, walk along the seafront with many restaurants and local specialities. Not to mention the pleasant rest on the sandy beach. The beaches of Roses enjoy an internationally recognized environmental quality certificate.
