Located just 200 metres from the magnificent Canyelles beach and 2500 metres from the centre of Roses, this apartment is the perfect place to fully enjoy peaceful holidays with family or friends. With a surface area of 95 m² on the ground floor, it can accommodate up to 7 people thanks to its three bedrooms (one with a double bed and two with single beds) as well as a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

You will appreciate its beautiful terrace offering a splendid view of Canyelles bay, perfect for taking your meals outdoors or enjoying a moment of relaxation around the barbecue. The interior features a bright living room equipped with a ceiling fan and a Smart TV with international channels. The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator, crockery and utensils, will allow you to prepare your meals with ease. The apartment also has two bathrooms with walk-in showers and a washing machine.

For your comfort, a private parking space in a closed garage located in the same building is at your disposal. Wi-Fi is available, and bed linen can be rented additionally. Groups of young people under 25 are not accepted.
