Beautiful accommodation with everything supplied for a relaxing stay. The compendium was very thorough and interesting. The view while eating breakfast was sublime. A great success.

Ou look BnB was simply superb ! The space and layout is beautiful in its design and and features. The location and views overlooking the Tamar River were brilliant and the ample deck and kitchen provided a a perfect snapshot of what Tasmania offers. Up there with the very best accommodation we have encountered.

In the Tamar River Winery Heartland
Located in the Tamar River Winery Heartland you will not find a better-appointed Air Bed and Breakfast anywhere else. This fully self-contained separate unit has everything you will need for your short or extended stay. It is perfectly located in the heart of wine country and the region has much to explore to satisfy your taste buds. The owners are very helpful and have provided many extras to make your stay enjoyable and hassle free.

Great place to stay and relax with views over the Tamar. Extremely comfortable and cosy, nice to come back to after a day’s venture. Couldn’t really ask for anything more.

Just perfect!
We would rate Outlook + with 6 stars if we could! The entire space is Impeccably clean and extremely comfortable. We loved the quiet location with the serene outlook over the Tamar. The location is a picturesque 10 to 15 minute drive from Launceston CBD and was a great base The hosts provide privacy and lots of ‘little’ extras that made our even more enjoyable.

Really easy to find the house. The house was clean and very well presented. The view from the kitchen table having breakfast looking out over the water was beautiful. The host was very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend.

I stayed at the Ou+look for 5 nights across March/April. The property was very quiet and peaceful with a great view looking out onto the river. A great place to come back to after a day of exploring.

Beautiful view
Love the view from kitchen and living room. Everything was neat and tidy! Only missing criteria for the perfect accommodation are the view of the lake from the bathtub and a stovetop/hot plate for cooking. Will definitely recommend to others and return again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was perfectly clean, styled and had everything we needed for our time there. The view from the kitchen / balcony was delightful. Nice and close to wineries in the region. Highly recommend for your stay in the Tamar Valley.

The property was well appointed, clean and very tastefully decorated. The views out of the rooms are breathtaking looking out over the river. Love the experience and will definitely book again soon.

A great place to relax
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and beautifully presented. We really loved the warm feeling of the property, the sense of being welcomed and feeling at home which the decor and art on display enhanced. The view from the deck and small table in the kitchen was stunning.

We loved the views and sat out on the deck in the afternoon sun reading. The BnB was very clean, comfortable and well thought out. The location was great as it took under 15 minutes to get to Launceston and it was close to wineries in the Tamar Valley. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend!
