Asked for Non smoking room, was a smoking room with cigarette burns all over, bed and sheets too. Tv broken, No internet, Door would not lock properly, jammed it shut it with a chair. Next morning and different shift of staff, was told was Hotels.com fault, we called them on no reservations this week. I am sure a third excuse would come...
