Are you seeking peace and serenity while also needing convenience to downtown Chattanooga? This property boasts 2 beautiful fenced acres of land with views of Lookout Mountain. This apartment is newly constructed and showcases a farmhouse design. Located South of St. Elmo, this destination is only minutes away from your favorite attractions: Ruby Falls, Rock City, the Tennessee Aquarium, Incline Railway, Lulu Lake, and more.

The entire house was recently remodeled and newly furnished with a beautiful farmhouse design! It has high-speed wireless internet and there is a large smart TV in the living room and each bedroom has a smart TV as well. This home is family friendly and we happily offer a pack n' play for you to use during your stay! You will just need to bring your own standard size sheets and bedding. One of our favorite amenities to this home is the large covered porch to enjoy the beautiful country view that this property has to offer.

**This is an upstairs/top addition that has its own separate access. There is a basement unit below and the main house is connected on the right but there is no way to access the other units from inside. All three units have their own private entrances! The barn on the other side of the property is also a vacation rental!

Shared Fire Pit:
You are welcome to enjoy the shared fire pit and charcoal grill located in the center of the circular driveway. This is a communal space shared with the other vacation rentals on the property. Please bring your own camping chairs, lighter, fire starters, and firewood.

Charcoal Grill:
There is a charcoal grill in the circle driveway as well! You will need to bring your own charcoal. The main house on the property has their own grill in their courtyard for them to use.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 8 am. Please respect our neighbors as they will do the same to you.

DRIVEWAY: This property sits up on top of a hill! There is a fairly steep asphalt driveway that leads to the top! Any normal passenger vehicle should be able to make it to the home with no problems but 4x4 or all-wheel drive is recommended during icy conditions in the winter time.

Please note: There will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.

Great place with a view. Quiet and clean. The Jack and Jill bathroom is nice, especially with a 2nd half bathroom. Overall, lovelt place with responsive hosts. Conveniently located to Lookout Mountain

The view was beautiful! The location was perfect! The accommodation they gave us was out of this world. We asked to stay an extra day due to the weather front that moved in. So understanding and quick communication was out of this world!! Thank you so much for everything!

Impressed with the property. The home is on a hill in a private spot. But you can easily access stores and the town just about 15-20 minutes away. It was very clean and peaceful. And did exactly what I needed to do for the weekend.

Chattanooga family time

Property is very nice, house was clean, and hosts were responsive. There were a few hiccups with the dishwasher not working, strange methods to get air conditioning working, and the grill and fire pit setup not being exactly as advertised. There was plenty of room for our family to all be together, and it has a good location, close to everything.

Nice Accomodations

Very clean & worked nicely for our trip needs. Interesting uphill driving experience to the VRBO. We would suggest maybe a larger HEMLOCK HILL turn sign with glow in the dark lettering or nicely lighted so it can be seen @ night. It can be difficult to find or return back to @ night. Very comfortable beds & the staff was very friendly & helpful to help with any issues or questions. Thanks fir a nice stay.

Clean property and over all enjoyable. Pet friendly except requirement to leave pet in kennel when leaving. The outdoor fire pit is communal. Our stay was pleasant except for the neighbors that showed up and decided to spread out with no consideration to anyone else. Theres a two car limit, but the neighbors brought 4 blocking the drive for ease of entering and exiting.
